What the program entails
The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured program, targeted at fresh graduates or entry level workers who want to transition into tech. To ensure you are well rounded to take advantage of the amazing well-paying opportunities out there, we will be training you in the following areas during the Graduate Training Program:
Technical Skills
You will be required to select one tech skill you want to learn. Options include Software Development, Product Management, UI/UX Design, Data Analysis, Graphics Design, Video Editing, Software Quality Testing, Project Management, Mobile app Development, Copywriting and Content Development, and Digital Marketing.
Life Skills
Here we will teach you some critical life skills that will help you become a better employee and grow faster in your career. This includes Critical thinking, Creativity, Problem Solving, Communication, Planning, Time management, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation etc.
Microsoft Suites
We will train you on how to use key Microsoft Office tools that are important in any organisation; Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will learn how to use this applications to aid your work in whatever role you find yourself.
