About The Program
In Africa today, women constitute only 30% of talents in the tech industry. We want to change this narrative and make the tech ecosystem more inclusive.
SkillPaddy is therefore launching a women-focused tech accelerator training program to inspire more women to pursue careers in tech. The Program is targeted at women between 18-30years and spans 6 months of intensive training, mentorship and practical work experience with the ultimate goal of placing all successful candidates in jobs locally and globally.
Available Courses
Frontend Development
Learn how to create responsive websites. You will learn the fundamentals of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Duration:6 months
Backend Development
You will get a strong foundation on Node.js, Python and Java, driven by hands-on experience and exposure to develop applications using these languages and deployment.
Duration:6 months
Mobile App Development
Learn how to create Mobile applications for both Android and IOS, using the new Flutter language.
Duration:6 months
