SkillPaddy, through the Upskill Nigeria Initiative, seeks to train 10,000 young Nigerians between the ages of 15 - 35 years annually with at least 50% of the target segment being women and vulnerable youth.
Through this program we believe we can create 10,000 jobs as our programs not only train but provide internships and connect talents to job opportunities through our job match program.
At a time when a lot of our youth are losing hope in the possibility of a secure future, we feel the need to call on all well-meaning Nigerians to participate in this call of duty to train and raise the next generation of multi-skilled workers and empower them with the relevant skills needed to compete in today’s technology driven world, thereby securing a better future for Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

1 in 3 Nigerian youths is unemployed
The current trend with unemployment surging shows that a lot of our youth are out of jobs not just because of unavailability of opportunities, but mostly due to not being rightly skilled.
As we can see from the rising unemployment statistics, most of these youth already are limited and can’t take advantage of opportunities unless they acquire the right skill. However 80% of them including the working class among them can barely pay for their daily needs, let alone pay for training and this is why we need your help.
With your sponsorship we can together begin to shift gears in the engine of productivity and get our people working in jobs that will put food on their tables and take care of their families. For every individual sponsored who starts to earn an income, there are at least 10 people within their social circle impacted positively by this economic empowerment.
